A frame strap that tightens with a dial instead of hook-and-loop. KOM says it has room for a 29er tube, a CO2 inflator and cartridges, tire levers and its Tubeless Tire Repair Tool. Inner straps bundle the gear, a wire lace run by the ATOP dial cinches it to the bike, and the soft lace keeps it from scratching the frame.
