Shipping policy

Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days, then spend 3 to 5 business days in transit, so plan on about a week. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships. We ship to US addresses only.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. Under $49 it is $3.95 per package.

We do not offer expedited shipping, because we would rather not sell you a delivery date we cannot promise. If you need something by a particular day, email support@breaktimebicycle.com before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can happen.

Our gear ships from more than one warehouse, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package. At $49 and up that costs you nothing extra. Below $49 you will see $3.95 for each package at checkout.

If an order is late or arrives damaged, email support@breaktimebicycle.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
