Changed your mind, or it doesn't fit? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Return shipping is free, and there's no restocking fee.
How it works
1. Confirm it's you. Tap Start a return and enter the email address you used when you placed your order. This works even if you checked out as a guest. We'll email you a 6-digit code; type it in to confirm you're the person who placed the order. There's no password to create or remember, and you don't need an account set up ahead of time. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
2. Tell us what's coming back. Once you're in, you'll see your orders from us. Open the order, choose the item you're returning and how many, and pick a reason from the list. There's room to add a note if you want to tell us more, such as "runs small" or "wrong color."
3. Send the request. Submit it and you're done for now. Nothing ships yet; we look over every request ourselves and reply within two business days.
4. Get your label. Once we approve it, you'll get an email with a prepaid return label, free to you. Most of what we sell ships from the brand's own warehouse, so the label may send it back there. Brake pads, rotors and refill kits come back to us in Sacramento.
5. Drop it off. Pack the item, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier named on the label. Your refund goes back to your original payment method once the item arrives and is checked.
Before you send it
Items should be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging.
Need a different size or color?
The quickest way to get the right one on your bike is to place a new order for it now, then send the first one back here. Your replacement ships right away instead of waiting on the return, and the return is still free. If you'd rather swap it, we're happy to do that too: start a return and add a note with the size or color you want, and we'll send it once the original comes back.
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Start a return as above, then email a photo to support@breaktimebicycle.com with your order number so we can sort it out quickly.
