The Pinellas is a large handlebar basket for groceries or a small dog up to 15 lbs. Its Safe Tether System keeps a pet secure, and it attaches with a KLICKfix handlebar adapter, which Po Campo says keeps the bag from tilting or drooping. Off the bike, the adjustable, detachable shoulder strap turns it into a tote.
Quick answers
- How big is it? Po Campo lists a roomy 25 liter compartment.
- How much can it hold? Po Campo says its aluminum ring holds up to 15 lbs / 7 kg.
- Pockets? An internal zippered pocket and two exterior pockets, plus a drawstring lid to keep things in place.
- KLICKfix Included or Not Included? Choose Included unless you already have a KLICKfix handlebar adapter. We do not sell the adapter on its own.
Why we carry it: it is the one basket we carry that is built for riding with a small dog.
Before you buy: check your dog's weight against the 15 lb limit. For a smaller basket without the pet tether, see the Po Campo Crescent Bike Basket.
