The bolt-on version of the Wolf Tooth clamp. Its trick is a self-aligning bolt: the M5 bolt carries a spherical washer and threads into a cylindrical anchor barrel, so the threads always line up straight, the bolt never binds, and the clamping force is the same every time you set it.
Machined from 6061 aluminum in Wolf Tooth's Burnsville, Minnesota shop, stainless bolt. Seven sizes: 28.6, 29.8, 31.8, 34.9, 36.4, 38.6 and 39.7mm, each fitting frames within half a millimeter of nominal. 13.5mm clamp height, 18 to 24 grams. 4mm hex, 6 Nm max. Nine anodized colors. Made in the USA.
Sizing: the clamp size is the outside diameter of your seat tube, not the seatpost. Measure the tube with calipers or check the frame spec, and email us the bike model if you are unsure. Not compatible with older Ibis carbon frames with the curved collar; fine on current Ibis models (Ripley V5, Ripmo V3, DV9 V2, HD6).
