A top tube bag that does not flop. Outer Shell built this one around a shaped plastic frame with a rubberized bottom, and it mounts two ways: bolted to the bosses behind your stem if the frame has them, or strapped on with the included rubberized straps if it does not. A foam pad under the bag covers the bolt heads, or the empty bolt holes, so nothing scuffs the paint.
0.9 liters, 8.3 inches long, 4 tall, 2.5 wide at the back tapering to 1.6 at the front, 4.5 ounces. A separating zipper opens the whole top so you can see inside. Inside sleeve pocket for a phone up to 3 x 6 inches (an iPhone 15 Pro in a case fits, per Outer Shell). Front cable port for a charging lead. Weather-resistant 1000D Cordura, or ECOPAK EPLX600 with a laminated film backing on the three ECOPAK colors. Made in the USA.
