The top of the Showers Pass line, and the jacket the company built its name on. Three-layer PORLITE fabric rated at 30,000 mm waterproof and 20,000 g/m2 per 24 hours breathable, fully seam taped, PFAS-free, with a 100% recycled nylon face and backer.
Extra-large core vents and a back vent move air through while you ride. Chest pocket, and a large back pocket that the jacket packs into. 360 degrees of 3M reflective material. Water-resistant zippers, soft collar lining, adjustable hem. Works with the Gen III rain hood we sell separately.
Sizing: S to 3XL in Goldenrod, Cayenne and Pacific Blue. Showers Pass calls the fit Regular Cycling. Chest decides it. Between sizes, or layering, go up.
Before you buy: this is $140 more than the Century. Buy it if you ride through the whole wet season and want the Showers Pass flagship: big vents, full reflective trim and a 30,000 mm rating. If you ride in the rain a few times a year, the Syncline CC or Century is enough jacket.
Specs: Material: three-layer PORLITE, PFAS-free, 100% recycled nylon face and backer. Pattern: solid color with 3M reflective material. Type: waterproof cycling rain jacket.

Waterproof (mm) is how tall a column of water the fabric holds back before it leaks; 10,000 handles steady rain, 25,000 and up handles a downpour. Breathable (g) is how much sweat vapor escapes per square meter in a day; higher means less clammy when you are working hard.
